I'm usually pretty good with IT in general, and have my NC800 camera set up with my Annke NVR, phone app working fine to view & playback.

However the actual configuration in terms of zones, vehicle detection, lighting control etc I am struggling with.

I have the Annke Vision Windows desktop app, and have the Browser app... but in terms of actual functionally adjustment i'm finding it a lot more difficult then I expected.

I can't find a way to adjustment the 'supplemental lighting' sensitivity & timing?
I can't find a way to adjust the vehicle detection, as atm I'm getting a lot of false positives.
As above but with person detecting?

So far I've actually not managed to accomplish anything beyond setting up the hardware!!

Are there are good guides on initial setups, or bespoke manuals I can read through? I have the NVR set up in my network cabinet without easy access to a screen, so initial NVR login etc was done with my desktop...before I moved the NVR into my cabinet to setup 'remotely' - I hope this is the case?

Thanks in advance!

That camera touts "Human & Vehicle Detection, Intelligent Behavior Analysis" so have you logged into the camera's embedded webGUI with your PC to look for those settings you mentioned?

Thanks TonyR, I tried the webGUI and found it helpful, and now have vehicle & human detection working OK. The windows app I was using still lacks inituitive finding/adjusting of these settings, even now that I have done it via the webGUI!

I still can't figure out how to adjust the supplemental lighting. Ideally I'd like it to come on when it detects movement.... but even adjusting the below settings it seems to come on all the time when it is dark outside?

The Annke Vision windows Client I still find worse then useless though. Other then getting the camera feed on it, it seems to be utterly devoid of intuitive access of the camera settings!

For example, the below enables me to set the supplemental light auto to manual... but I struggle to find any other meaningful settings for it?

Selecting it to be scheduled, I imagine enables me to have it turn on / off by time, but how do I adjust the trigger sensitivity...or length of time the light comes on for?

Surely these must be allowed settings for it? I can't imagine everyone is ok with a camera flood light not having a degree of time overrun/PIR capability adjustment -vs- always on?

Hi, I’m having an issue with setting up my camera, could I ask for some help?
I have an I91DX Annke camera, and I’m experiencing a problem with black (dark) cars at night. When cars are dark, movement at night isn’t detected, and I’m not sure what’s causing this.
I’m also attaching pictures of my settings—maybe someone has an idea of what might be misconfigured?

Unfortunately, Annke support hasn’t been able to resolve this issue. Initially, they claimed that my image settings were incorrect, but when I shared the application with them, they stopped responding to the matter.

Try a faster shutter. It looks like a blur and that isn't what the AI was trained in.

Do keep in mind B/W can be the most difficult for the AI to work.

With a faster shutter you won't need HLC. Most here do not use HLC or any backlight type conditions except in a few conditions.

The faster the shutter, the more light that is needed and thus a darker image, so it is a balance for every field of view.

unfortunately it didn't help
