Whoops, sorry I missed the "renewal" part. In the desription, thought it was an expried licence.

I am exploring blue iris as a supplement to the NVR to get more capabilities. Is the $34.99 just for renewals or new members as well?

$34.99 is renewal price.

Purchasing BI initially here is $63ish versus $80ish from BI.
