Hello all,

Been super impressed by this group, and thanks again for the help in the past. Wanted to expand my system back in the fall with a couple additional cameras. One was shipped and the other never showed up. The IPCAM store still shows it processing (see screen shot). I have tried a number of times to get a hold of the store, both through email and the contact us info on the store page. Someone named Mike responded that he would take care of it a couple times, but then no response. Oddly the order is still showing pending. I would rather not put out a bad review, but curious if anyone else has had a bad experience with the store. As you can see, I have ordered stuff in the past and came through very quickly. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you
