Been super impressed by this group, and thanks again for the help in the past. Wanted to expand my system back in the fall with a couple additional cameras. One was shipped and the other never showed up. The IPCAM store still shows it processing (see screen shot). I have tried a number of times to get a hold of the store, both through email and the contact us info on the store page. Someone named Mike responded that he would take care of it a couple times, but then no response. Oddly the order is still showing pending. I would rather not put out a bad review, but curious if...
If you can't wait, it is probably best to forego the discount and buy direct.

I suggest you not buy it from Amcrest, even though it's advertised on Amazon. Way too many activation complaints....best to buy directly from Blue Iris Software right now, IMO.
