Good day. I have three offices connected by site to site VPN.
Site A. 192.168.0.X
Site B. 192.168.1.X
Site C. 192.168.2.X
I have a Hikvision Time and attendance terminal at each of these offices. And also Hikvision DVRS. The DVRS are bind to Hik connect account
I am able to view the cameras on IVMS connected via Hik connect domain. But when I am trying to add the time and attendance they are not showing up under online device. I have also tried adding manually but when done, they are showing up as offline. I checked firewall to see if anything is blocked but I not seeing anything. Is it even possible for IVMS to detect devices on different subnet.
I am located at site A and ivms is installed on a workstation here. Time and attendance is needed from each location.
