Is there any Dahua recorder that displays the EPTZ of my cameras that offer it in a multi grid layout? Or does it only work in single view only?

You'll have be more specific in the question that you're asking.
Are you asking if you can take the multi view "sections" of the single camera feed and have each "section" display on to its own individual channel on the NVR
or
Are you asking if the E-PTZ function will work while you are viewing a multi split with other channels active e.g. view 9 (3x3), view 16 (4x4), etc. without the local display output going into full screen on the individual video feed of the E-PTZ camera?

Yes the second part. I did find a way to connect to WebUI grid layout but want in NVR grid. I guess I could always turn off my AI channel and just display multi grid in sub output on another monitor.
Problem is couple neighbors have gone fishing together, have camera that can see both houses, was asked to keep an eye out. In normal view can't make out much, but in eptz can at least see doors and make out movement use one of ny monitor alert cameras to record the split and could even setup push notices of movement.

Tell them to get their own cameras
I don't mind being a good neighbor, but I have been taken advantage of with my system helping them!
Yes understand, have another neighbor called today said be gone until Monday could I keep an eye on his place too. Only one neighbor has issue with my cams because one caught motion in his street and knew about car Prowler before made it to mine 5min later. He was like how you know what they were doing, showed video of flashlight flash that triggered my motion so using ptz zoomed in and seen them going through cars. Started down my drive when one pointed out cameras and they turned around. After that him and I no longer friends my brother says maybe his crew and didn't like the idea my camera alerted me to them lol.
Yes, before the end he did forward me what he captured on his Wyze cam, was like nope just walked by, told him his camera lied because could see shadow where they walked up a neighbors drive I couldn't see in my cam, but clear in video movement shift and was caused by casting shadow from 2 different light source. Plus that was 3rd guy and time it took just walking past to when he was in my camera view was longer then it would have taken just walking by. So knew what I was seeing was movement up drive and plus sent very short clip saying it was all that was captured. Na only what he wanted me to see lol
