Forum technical problems getting bad?

i would not be so quick to blame the admittaturs as it is happening to many big websites that are far larger than this one. prople are complaining over on AR15 for example

"Good lord....it's annoying!! But I guess it's getting more and more necessary with all the hackers/AI trying to get peoples info...maybe?

For example....I need to ship a package via UPS this morning. So I need to log into my Pirate Ship account.

Step 1: Go to Pirate Ship, Type my login and password in.
Step 2: Check the box that pops up that says "Yes, I am human".
Step 3: Play a couple of those "select the squares containing stop signs" type puzzles.
Step 4: Once I complete those, it asks me to enter the 6 digit code Pirate Ship is going to email my Outlook email address.
Step 5: Login to outlook with email address and password.
Step 6: Outlook needs you to enter in my Gmail email address for verification.
Step 7: Outlook then emails me a 6 digit code to my Gmail email address.
Step 8: Login to Gmail
Step 9: Gmail sends a notification to my cell phone, and I need to click on it saying "Yes it's me"
Step 10: Get on Gmail, find the 6 digit code needed for outlook.
Step 11: Go to Outlook, enter in the 6 digit code in order to access email.
Step 12: Get 6 digit code from outlook that Pirate Ship sent
Step 13: Go to Pirate Ship, enter in 6 digit code to finish logging in.

And now I can create a shipping label using Pirate Ship.

Good lord.....what a pain in the a$$ !!!!

Not blaming the Admins, asking a legitimate question.

I said:

Its close to un-usable

@Mike how about leveling with us and let us know if its a money thing or a pure technical thing?

We can and will help if we know whats going on. But at this pace its just hurting the community and it won't take long to lose it

Well X is down and has been having problems the last 24 hours. So I guess @Mike gets a pass
And so far on May 24, 2025, Medicare is saying my password doesn't match their records and my answer to security questions isn't correct so they are going to lock me out if I try just one more time. :(

I have been checking the Medicare website daily since it has been hit with a fraudulent charge that Medicare gladly paid out thousands of dollars for. :banghead:

Speaking of Medicare, just went to the mailbox, got my monthly statement.
Shows I've paid $177 or my $257 annual deductible for Part B

Problem is, the last 2 statements show I had already met my Part B deductible $257 of $257 ?

When you get that figured out, please head over to Sunshine Senior Solutions, LLC, 100 E Linton Blvd, Suite 404B, Delray Beach, Florida and ask those people to quit swindling Medicare out of millions of dollars. They're got quite a racket going on.

And just to show how messed up things are today (May 24, 2025), I have been unable to sign into att.com all day long just like the Medicare website. AT&T finally posted a message saying the problem is with them and not me . . . still waiting for Medicare to do the same thing.
