    Hello Guy, I have replaced my 4ch NVR with an older one but 8Ch, NVR4208-4ks2, on the TV or laptop, all seems perfect, but when it comes to the DMSS, only first 2 channels are able to stream, the other shows nothing other than the refresh flash, as shown in the attached photo, please if anyone can help "thank you

    Good Afternoon,

    What are the cameras Encoding settings? 2mp, 4mp,? Are the cameras set to Sub Stream or Main Stream on the recorder? If you have them set to Sub Stream and SS is disabled on the NVR, that can also cause this. I would highly check all encode settings first and make sure the firmware is updated on the recorder as well. Reboot the NVR first though.
