    Hmmm.. still not updating. Nettime is running on my BI server with the status showing good and no errors. The servers ip is 192.168.1.100 so im not sure what im missing here. I have rebooted the camera and changed the time update period to 5 minutes.. so it should have updated a few minutes...

    Record all but alert some

    You can do this with a single stream also.. just set different zones when in the "use zones and hotspots" section of the trigger tab. Then in the "Alerts" tab tell your alerts to only "fire" when certain zones are breached. It should send snapshots, make sure in the "send a sms text message"...
