I haven't left mine running for so long. Just about 5 minutes. As CPU didn't fall from 100 decided to revert the version and really everything after 5.8.6.7 ate a bit more CPU as the version number increased and went flat from about late-March versions.
To the memory usage I saw similar when AI...
Yes. Everything including as past 5.8.8.0 eventually dies. I had decided to roll back from 5.8.8.x and run 5.8.7.11.
Whenever I saw 5.8.9.x popup I waited and updated to 5.8.9.2 and within 10-12 hours I had errors - out of memory specifically -
and had to shut down. I rolled back to...
So, cleaning up the office last night, and I found my USB version of the Coral TPU. Decided to plug it into the Windows 11 machine and enable Coral modules in CP.AI. First chose to update to the latest 2.6.2 version of CP.AI, but it too reports errors installing the Coral USB libraries...

Delete those entries from PATHs and reboot.

Here is my "System Info". I haven't had any issues with .NET using 2.5.6 or 2.6.2. You seem to have more recent version of .NET runtime, maybe using older version could help?
Server version: 2.6.2

Operating System: Windows (Microsoft Windows 11 version 10.0.22631)...
In response to my own post. I went ahead and upgraded to CPAI 2.6.2. Being able to choose to remove existing modules and only install LPR and YOLOv5 .NET made the install a lot easier.
Unfortunately I've already seen BI report that the AI is not responding, followed by restarts of CPAI, so...
I upgraded to CPAI 2.5.6 back on 3/17 and it hasn't been going very well. I started off running YOLOv5 6.2, but was getting slower response than I thought I should. I switched over to YOLOv5 .NET and things seemed to be better, but now several times a day BI complains about the AI not...
The old laptop may just need a new CMOS battery :lmao:, though that was near the peak of bad caps in PCs.
If you have any Macs with intel chips, you can always load windows via bootcamp or virtualbox.
But, you don't need to do any of that. Just use minipro and use it natively in Mac OS.
Did...
It looks like you have CUDA 12 installed, with your GPU you should be using CUDA 11.8. To confirm which CUDA version you have install open a Command Prompt are run nvcc --version then post a screenshot of the results, like the below.
Anyone else having an issue with the License Plate Reader (3.0.2) module crashing? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the module with no luck.
I just moved Code Project AI to a new PC with an NVIDIA 2060 GPU. This was a fresh install of CPAI (2.5.6) on this PC.
My setup:

Hi all,
I've been reading through numerous threads over the last few months, but the continuous updates and feature changes to both CPAI and BlueIris are starting to get a little overwhelming.
I've been using BI successfully now for 6 months, and I'm starting to look into advanced features...

It looks like you do not have cuDNN installed. Run install_cuDNN.bat to install cuDNN. After running reboot the PC and see if this fixed the issues you are having.

It looks like the Linux module settings has Install GPU set to false. You can try setting it to true then manually install the module by running bash ../../setup.sh from the ALPR directory.

I've toggled between menu selections for hardware acceleration off and on globally, and also Nvidia NVDEC. Some Cpu's don't react much to either setting, and some react strongly on the 4 systems If fooled around with.
You could try enabling HA, but only the goofy cams and see how they react...
Hardware Acceleration may be your problem.
Around the time AI was introduced in BI, many here had their system become unstable with hardware acceleration on (even if not using DeepStack or CodeProject). Some have also been fine. I started to see that error when I was using hardware acceleration...
I still cant get the .NET YoloV5 module to run. Ive even done this on a fresh PC (another build) and always the same thing, where it starts, then ends up saying LOST CONTACT. Posted in Codeproject discussions but that didnt get anywhere unfortunately. Im wondering am I missing something like...
Welp, I'm not in love with DaVinci Resolve LOL! Three issues thus far. Have the latest 18.6 installed but the first problem is the audio playback while reviewing the clip didn't work. The equalizer bars were not lighting up to show that it even recognized the audio clip. Screwed around with that...
Which Object Detection Module are you using? Give the Object Detection (YOLOv5 .NET) a try. Also make sure you are only using one Object Detection Module.
Thank you Mike,

Well, Lanner isn't really no-name brand but perhaps less heard in the consumer market anyway (I like Supermicro more than Lanner but Lanner is on the lower price side so ).
For firmware, yes no longer supported, though generally not needed (contrary to the general gaming market where most...

I am still having issues with CPAI seeing and using my GPU. I was getting Yolov5 6.2 to use my GPU on 2.3.4 but now it wont recognize it. LPR not seeing it again, like before.
