firmware update fail
Hi I have a hikvision DS2CD2386G2-IU camera and I tried to update the firmware to V5.7.17 it installed but I am not getting any video. I can access the setup menu but it is limited. What I want to know is there any way to fix it or do I just bin it. thanks
