Hi im new in this forum, i have Blue Iris 4 running on Windows 10 LTSC with 2 usb capture cards and 2 same IP cameras. Everything is working fine except one IP camera that doesnt receive signal, even if in internet explorer i can view it just fine and even on my smartphone with ip cam viewer...
