Hello everbody, I just recieved my new Hikvision DS-2DF5284. Beautiful camera I would say, looks impressive. But I have one big, big problem: before I can use it, you have to remove the plastic cap and the tape under the dome. But I can't open the dome. The manual just says "open the dome"...
