I always used digicap.mav files for 7616NI-SE nvr! I cheked 3.1.1 provided by my supplier and it's digicap.mav as espected. I have digicap.dav only for cameras. So, How will I find a 3.2.1 for my NVR to test with safety?

yes alastairstevenson, mine still not booting properly. I get some control only after boot completed and only for some seconds before auto-reboot. I wonder if phillip da or anyone else with 3.2.1 on its nvr has any info about this "cloud mode" that stopped my nvr from booting correctly.

On left menu, there is the "local" option, where I think you find the "cloud mode". I hope anyone can understand anything about this feature...

Yes, there is a rear connector RS232 DB9. i see "warning - bad CRC, using default environnement" after "U-Boot" and "/nand /devcfg.bin isn't exsiting! err = -13 " . There are lots of other lines during boot and some errors, but I can't see anyting I could understand. What can I look for? Thanks

I tried several times, till now. Also with cross over cable. No tftp test or connection. Only ping replies. I hope there is any way to recover it by serial connection. I can see booting information with putty.
