Nah did these ex-server Xeon builds before. They are useless when running with Blue Iris. Get secondhand Dell Optiplex i7 desktops, will definitely do a better job. -

High CPU Useage on 22 Camera build system
Definitely, something to do with your bios for your "new" motherboard. I think they are still on REV1. Have you disabled Intel Hardware acceleration to see what it does? Then restart the server. I'm assuming it will be worse but hey, try what you can right.- krp70s

The DBpower/AMOvision cameras are crap. They will eventually die off and give you headaches. Don't install them for your customers if you plan on keeping them. -
