    Anyone have any ideas on what the best solution is to fix this? Whole new motherboard, or is there a intel video card i can use to replace this? I also use one of the display ports for video out.... Frustrating problem to have right now! @fenderman

    it is organized, looks cleaner. You can go right to the switch if you want too.... I just didn't want to. Easier to identify for me equipment. I also color coded the rj45 covers for device type and if it is POE or not.

    All my cameras/rooms/devices go to a patch panel, from there it goes to the POE switch/port it needs to be on. Everything is located in one place for troubleshooting.

    Yep, another 12 more degrees to go for the outside high, to truly test to see if it will handle the heat...no issues so far... I hope it holds up.

    Well the temps are up in AZ, and i just happened to aquire a flir from work... so i wanted to compare the temp the camera says(processor temp) vs outside temp... this was with the sun on the camera, roughly 103 today. First pic is on the plastic case at the hottest point, next is the metal case...

    I'm probably gonna stick with prime lenses until a justify a L lens...i have a 18-55 and 55-250 stm.... the 50 and 28mm blow both of them out of the water, and is helping me to learn how to get the right shot. 85mm is def a good one... friend of mine is supposed to loan me his... im a big fan...

    Yep, got the nifty fifty and a pancake lens(28mm)... I bought it mainly for family pics and landscaping.. but I want to tinker with long exposure shots and hdr as well. Fun project that works with my schedule of free time. Overall, I'm very happy with the 80d.
