    I've pretty much given up on auto tracking myself. I can't get any consistency out of it. I didn't buy the camera depending on this option tho, I figured it is just a bonus if it works.

    The area in red is where i would focus a little bit of silicone. If it was my house and it rained more then a inch a year, i would worry about standing water there. I also silicone under and over my bolts unless they are stainless or have a really good zinc coating. That mastic style adhesive...

    A propane torch and something to persuade it should take care of it... but if you aren't comfortable with it, a machine shop or fabrication shop could straighten it for you like said above. If you call around u will be surprised how many can do it... even the fab side of an air conditioning...

    I haven't had a NEED for a cloud service as of yet. I'm still tinkering with my friend's plex server, but so far I'm sold on that... I will most likely go that route for media in the house and phones. Anything more though, I haven't seen it be a must have.

    I would put a little bit more silicone or sealer where you have the lags closest to the point of the roof. Looks good! Are you running shielded ethernet to make use of that ground?

    I wouldn't take much to bend the 151 mount to the angle of your needs... heat is your friend. Looks like an awesome house btw.

    I'm on the same page with keeping everything in house... I've never liked the idea of cloud services... drop box is handy but just for passing info device to device quickly... I'd never use in to rely on.
