    Actually the Hik USA version is slightly different according to the specs. They show 30FPS for main stream and Sub stream as well as an IP65 weather rating. OEM models have 12FPS for both streams and an IP55 rating. Not much different but worth noting.

    Try Hik-Connect instead. It's the "branded" version of the app.

    I doubt Hikvision will have it on their website as they only have branded firmware from what I've seen. For any non-branded Hik OEM doorbells (NSC-DB1, Laview, LTS, etc) you can download the newest available here. I'm assuming our firmware works with all other Hik OEM doorbells, however...

    If it's not pingable it's possible the IP address has changed. Install SADP or the Batch Config Tool to see if it detects it. -SADP -Batch Config Tool

    Where are you seeing the link rate at? Have you tested it with the Guarding Vision or Hik-Connect app to see if the video comes through when it drops?

    Hey @Kingram, as long as there is adequate light getting to the camera it won't switch to night mode and will display color video. The only time it switches to black and white is when the camera isn't getting enough light and it turns on Night Mode.
