    I don’t use face alerts so cannot speak for that. However all my other IVS alerts such as intrusion, tripwire, etc. work fine.

    I found it and loaded it. All went fine. I was previously running the 220120 firmware but haven’t noticed any difference yet. Was hoping it would solve an RTSP issue but it didn’t.

    The 2022 firmware solves the camera default name issue but could have other issues.

    You might want to try backing up your config (export), default the NVR, then restore (import) your backed up config. I have not noticed any freezing in mine.
