    Today I opened the case of my 5208 and I found, that it's not the case-fan, that's really noisy, but the fan of the Delta-PSU. It's a DPS-200PB-185 B with a 40x40x20mm fan, also from Delta Electronics. I can read 0.15A and I guess 12V (model of the fan is E..B0412H...D, can't read all of it...

    Hi guys, I've got a NVR5208-8P-4KS2 that works good. The only thing is, that is really noisy :-( What do you recommend for silencing it? I would prefer a better fan, but which one? And another question: where in the GUI (webplugin or SmartPSS) can I tell the NVR to record more than 24 hours...

    Okay, thanks for your replies, that will be my choice then. I just don't see the difference between the WDx0PURX and WDx0PURZ models. Is it only an older and a newer one? Cause the specs look the same to me.
