    I am little confused as to which settings should I enable on the Dahua camera and which one's on BI. Do I need to enable IVS/Face recognition/AI settings on the camera? Do I also need to enable these on BI?

    Apologies for late reply. Below are settings for daylight. Do these look right? We had Amazon guy deliver package, I couldn't ID him, the image was slightly blurred, since then I have modified few settings, wanted to get y'all's feedback. Will post BI settings soon. Thanks again everyone.

    Ahh...I just thought Tinycam just won't work with BI. After your message I went back and looked in the app and I see BI in there, I was able to add them and also be able to view outside of the network on OpenVPN. THANKS :).

    I was able to resolve this. Not sure which one actually fixed it but I had to update the software on Asus router and change DHCP lease on ATT router to 1 day, my hunch is software update on ASUS fixed this. Working on setting up VPN now :).
