    If masking doesn’t work for you maybe try setting up multiple zones and utilize the “object crosses zones” option in object detections. Another option would be to increase the “min confidence (%)” until you find a happy medium.

    To simplify things you could just find out what the IP address of your old machine is and then change the IP address of your new machine to match your old machine. You’ll have to change the IP address on your old machine to something else or set it ot use DHCP and let your router do it for you.

    I’m still using this and I haven’t seen any MQTT issues. I went through my BI logs for the last two months and the only MQTT disconnects I found correspond with reboots of my MQTT server.

    It works on my old SD52C225U-HNI. In fact it brought new life into my old PTZ. To enable it is fairly simple, I just followed the instructions in the help file.
