    You have to make sure you use the V2 beta firmware. It has resolved all issues for me. The wyze page is a bit confusing at the 1st link in the instructions is to the older firmware, and the one at the bottom of the page is the newer one. I think this is the one you want...

    I have mine mounted sideways in corridor mode in BI. I actually need it to tilt the other way. Oh well. I guess I can sketch up something, slice it up in Cura, and see what it looks like. If I get around to it, I will post something here.

    Just my experience...the Orbi product stinks. I had the router and two sattellites in my 3-story house. I had constant drop outs from my 4 wifi cameras and streaming TVs. I switch to an all Ubiquiti AP Pros and have solid connections now. Streaming 1080p is pretty serious for constant 24/7...

    Sure, just providing an even cheaper option. Who doesn't want to save 40%?! Plus, you can put LaView firmware and use the LaView app for the RCA version. These are all interchangeable it appears. I am using HIK-Connect and HikVision firmware on my RCA.

    I don't think you need to use LaView. I have RCA and used the Hik-Connect app and updated firmware that way. Are you able to login into the cameras web interface by going to the IP in internet explorer? Logging in there would also be a good way to confirm which firmware version you currently...
