    I don't remember changing the default GB settings. I don't know why it set to 30 GB when my hard drive is 4 TB. Maybe it was recognizing the SSD at first and not the Purple drive.

    Thank you. I'll take a look at the settings in a little while. This is more complicated than I thought. I'm sure it'll be worth the trouble though. I couldn't understand why it was saying 30 GB. It's over 100 GB / 30 GB now so it's obviously storing more.

    That was the problem! Thank you! I opened up the help file, searched for firewall, and got the instructions. Now, on Windows Firewall there are three options, allow, allow if secure, and block. I chose "allow". Hopefully that's alright. And this also fixed the issue with the Blue Iris app...

    I've found the camera settings.. I've found the page you mentioned but would rather not post a screenshot. It looks like I'm able to change the IP address from this interface. Maybe I'll try that? And the camera is in DHCP mode, not static.. Maybe that is the problem.

    The range on the Asus router was 192.168.50.2 to 192.168.254 but I changed it to 192.168.240 in order to assign IP addresses above 240 for the cameras. I'll try to log in to the cameras if I'm able.

    I was trying to assign an IP address for each camera but it wouldn't stay, it continued to change back to one automatically created. It finally changed from automatic to static (don't know how) but it still won't allow me to change the IP address to one outside the DHCP range.

    They're all appearing as static now, but they are not sticking with the IP address I set it to outside the range, it is showing the IP address that was automatically assigned inside the range, just as static now.

    I went ahead and changed the range, and added each camera to an IP outside the range, but the IP address isn't sticking. It will change back to another IP (automatic) within the range, not the one I set it to.

    Nevermind. When right clicking on the white space it has a "Simple Volume" option. That will probably work fine.
