There ya go! They might show RED because the user/password is incorrect. Start by verifying you are using the correct user/pass in the NVR for the camera. Re-tyoe them, and maybe they'll turn green. if they still dont' turn green, there might be some other connectivity issue.- JesseSR

Just to verify the very basics, when you login to the NVR, and go to Settings->Camera Do you see all 6 of your cameras listed here? If all 6 are added, and are available from the LIVE screen on the NVR, you would have to change your LIVE view from 4 to 9 cameras to see all 6 at one...- JesseSR

I will mention, FWIW.... for the 4K-X cameras, Andy's Sep2021 firmware, and the the Nov 5, 2021 firmware that Andy has been offering to people on a BETA basis (I think it's the same as the official Dahua release in this case, but I could be wrong?), so far hasn't been all that great for me... -

Yep, certainly do that first, before changing ISPs, ha. So much easier and no reason it shouldn't work. Most ISPs will remote into their equipment to put into bridge mode for you if you request it via tech support. -

I'll just put out a sign that clarify all foot traffic only goes North and South only, a wrong-way sign . :thumb: I also made the IVS box a little smaller, so the intrusion box line doesn't go as far towards the top of the image, which should mean any deer/people inside/crossing the IVS box... -

If you're positive P2P is enabled on the cameras (I'd also reboot them, and make sure the P2P still shows as enabled after a reboot), then as others said before, the issue is likely something on his router/firewall/ISP that is blocking the traffic. Make sure the cameras have a proper gateway... -

Can you share that same video but including the IVS intrusion box or tripwire (in blue) on the video as well? You're not kidding. My foray into Dahua NVR/cameras was a nightmare trying to learn everything and fixed countless problems, but with the help of people here, it gets easier. And now that you know where that setting is, you'll never forget it again! -

On your NVR, under Alarm logging info, do you see events like these at ALL? Type -> Tripwire or Intrusion, like I show below? (see the 1st screenshot below) For every IVS event the NVR sees (triggered by the camera AI), it should be logged there automatically. If you don't see that... -

Can you confirm what firmware version/release on you on, specifically? Many of us that are concerned about IVS, seem to focus on using the Dec 2020 release firmware for the 5442 cameras which has had the most consistent results (IMHO).- JesseSR

I think you meant to say, to unplug the cameras during the factory reset (or even just a reset) -- yes, agreed. (It was probably an anomaly, but when I did a reset of my NVR a few weeks ago, it ended up overwriting all my cameras settings for picture/video/exposure, etc., what a mess. Though...- JesseSR

Just curious but.....do you need to use Smart PSS? Couldn't you just login to the NVR's main IP address instead? Might be easier on bandwidth for you...? -
