    Yes in New York. I don't know where the transformer is in the house to be honest. Mechanical chime. Yes, I've checked the voltage prior to installing the doorbell. It ranges from around 16 to 20. Yes, I picked mechanical chime during installation.

    I have TP-Link AC1750. I'll check on the resolution portion from 101. For NAS SS, I've created the Ezviz-DB1.conf file but if I go to add camera I don't see the Ezviz-DB1 on the drop down. Do you know why?

    I just "forget the " DB1 wifi password, then connect it first and then switch over to home wifi and it's the same issue. I've pressed that reset button at least 6 or 7 times today. This is driving me insane. It should be a very simple setup.

    5ghz I don't get that many bars but 2.4ghz i get just about full bars with the iphone. I have a mobile hotspot and I even had that right next to the doorbell and it wouldn't connect to the mobile hotspot. Do I have to change any settings within the app?
