    One of 20 camera's hanging up, worked fine in the Iphone Blue Iris App and the Amcrest App as well as Internet Explorer.

    After messing around with this issue for a couple hours I narrowed it down to the Linksys SE3016: 16-Port Gigabit Switch. I unplugged it for ten minutes and plugged it back in and that was my issue! At least it was something simple. Thanks for all the replies, Rick

    Ok, I have it narrowed down to a bandwidth issue. I can disable other cameras and it resolves the issue. I checked my network card and it is running up to a gigbyte however it seems Blue Iris is only running 100 mbps. Any idea's? Thank you, Rick

    Both, could only see a black screen. I had to delete the cameras having the issues and reinstall them in Blue Iris. Weird!!

    I am not too familiar with the GUI smart code and where to look. All 20 of my amcrest cameras are H265 and 3/4's of them are working fine,. I can look at the alerts with no issues.

    Just upgraded to Blue Iris 5.4.8.0 and lost the ability to playback recorded video and this includes all video from the last 30 days. Before I roll back to a previous version does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

    With last update, Blue Iris 5 will not load and I get this message. Run-time error "339': Component "TABCTL32.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid Any idea's? I'd been running Blue Iris for over 4 years.
