    when you run that I.E. browser. Edge always comes barging in, wanting you to use it instead. I never use edge for surfing.

    yep, ditto I.E. - you need to change setting within it to keep using legacy mode, and every once in a while you have to keep checking to keep it enabled. It's already in your O.S. - no need to download anything, except for the Dahua plugin to view the stream. It does work good. should be in...
