    Don't mess with the cloud just buy a nice Western digital purple Drive you can get 4 to 6 TB for a good price . Moving files to the cloud is a waste of your isp bandwidth and your time.

    You need to do some reading.. never EVER turn on UPNP or fordward ports it's really bad security and will get you hacked... setup the camera as a dahua camera in BI turn off upnp,it's not your problem, stop fordwarding ports... also what version of BI are you using older builds of BI don't...
