I had this happen again earlier, but I do remember having a Chrome app error when it restored UI3 earlier in the day. Is it possible that at some point around this error UI3 thinks H.264 isn't supported so elects the jpeg option instead which then gets persisted?

Has anyone though their streaming options changed by themselves? I've ended up on jpeg instead of H.264 streaming on several occasions on our Android devices (mostly home screen icon for direct web view). At first I put it down to finger trouble but its happened enough times for both my wife...

I now what you mean, but as a quick fix without exploring touch zoom for the camera image they do actually work quite well. I've modified my UI3 and put them on the streaming quality menu so they don't clutter up the UI. I can now zoom in on Android without losing quality or the rest of the UI...

I wondered about that today but perhaps a simpler solution than part page touch scaling is two more optional buttons with a zoom in and out for mobile use. This also avoids scaling the whole page using browser pinch and potentially losing some available stream resolution.

Some initial feedback on these changes: So far I've not had a re-occurrence but I do need to try a few more devices and variations of how they were last used (UI3 showing, other app etc). This was an odd issue and I would have made the same assumption as Brian initially that the Chrome app...

Thanks for the preview animations but what is the expected time steps on these for alerts? I've presumed the steps would be within the alert but they appear to be within the whole clip and for more of that clip than in the clip animations.

Do you think its worth us support paying customers asking as well to show there is demand for this? As an inefficient method also increases server load its in everyone's interest to improve this. With the recent camera decoding improvements and direct to disc I find that serving web content...

Using UI3 via a web page home screen shortcut (to get the webview mode) on Android devices I've noticed something I've not seen before with web pages in this mode. Several times I've put my phone or tablet down and its locked and a few minutes later hear the audio playing from my CCTV...

That would explain the issue my wife had recently. Do you happen to know how long BI keeps a record of a failed login for a particular IP? The help and web server advanced settings dialog just mention the failure limit and release time after being banned but not how long a failure is remembered...

Just tried deleting some alert clips and I just keep getting a warning that a bulk operation is already in progress and no deletion occurs. This is Chrome (v62) on Windows. I tried deleting one or more after a refresh of the page and same issue. Update: I had a couple of minutes to look into...

Thanks for the changes. The skip buttons and spacing works well on our mix of tablet sizes, its now so much easier to find key parts of recordings. I've also tried it on several phones and still fine there so I think its a good compromise.

In my case the seek bar covers 4 hours per recording so trying to navigate within a few minutes of that relating to the alert part is impossible with the seek bar. For me this is the biggest issue as I end up reaching for a laptop to scan through alerts. Yes but the text can be useful if you...

The current beta11 is working really well here so thanks for all the effort. I've now started to use it more on our tablets (a mix of Android devices) and a few thoughts on usability on smaller touch devices: Navigating through clips is harder due to the lack of keyboard short cuts. I would...
