    The difference between the 2 mounts are the location of the predrilled holes - so the camera can mount to them, depending on your camera. A JB can be used to keep your connections weather proof and some will provide a flat area to mount the camera to.

    Updated - SD59430U-HNI - NO good for me Camera PTZ controls backwards when/ if it moves, presets are random locations. Reset to default and did factory default with no resolve... Can not roll back firmware...

    I can confirm the issue isn't related to the 4.0 update, I have rolled back the firmware and still no live view. Also uninstalled and reinstalled Smart PSS and it still does not work.
