    in my case i've problem with number 2, bad utp cable (its not original) even i'm just using for 5 meters with poe switch, replacing with belden original, now its fine for 6 month :)

    hehehe...fenderman is correct, i'm walking really slow but not waiting for the cam catch up for me for cam speed, the camera is speed dome moving verry fast of coz it will catch up the object but that cam is design for wide area 20x optical zoom, so i have to disable auto zoom if i'm install it...

    me also actually only need poe, but since there is a bugs firmware of this camera which is always in motion detection trigger all areas have been determined although a certain area, so lucky to be have alternative to the alarm input I connect to the PIR sensor, solve no false alarm again :) so...

    bullet and dome doesnt have internal (built in) mic, i'm using externsal mic like on the picture :) sound come out but got a bit noisy comparing with my other hik cam with internal mic

    what do you mean hard wired? it depend on what model you choose if you choose camera with poe then it just need UTP cable, but if you choose not to use poe then you have to plug adaptor near from your cam beside UTP cable

    you mention if you got email from ipc will be attach with picture, then like i said, why not you disable email send on nvr and then enable it on ipc like i do, i think all type of nvr does not matter (i'm using firmware 3.3.4)

    yes since my nvr not attaching picture on email, you have to set disable email on nvr 1st and then enable on ipc, if you set on nvr configuration will resync into ipc, but not otherwise thats why you have to set on nvr 1st and then on ipc now i've push email notification work attached picture

    yup hik nvr like a NAS, and the cam just only send trigger when nvr must record, but you dont have set twice if you set on nvr it will update setting on camera also, but not opposite so since new hik firmware nvr not send me email with picture i'm disable email from nvr, but enable push email in...

    hmmm...wierd, i'm sure i've motor fan i can heard from my bullet camera, dont know maybe i'm purchase bullet with poe + alarm + audio maybe they put extra fan into it sorry i mean not that loud, but if your ears about 20cm from that cam, it can be heard and for sensitif microphone its verry...
