    shut down, reboot, update still hung. stopped web server rebooted installed update and had to have the cameras rescan settings. what is going on?

    well I could format it and reuse it but since it is cheap 134.00 I will just replace it with a newer model and install avast pro and maleware bytes than use that clean drive to scan the disk drives, than after everything is working again I will install it and scan it before moving what I need...

    how do I view my second BI machine on UI3?

    my main machine is taken down by malware (SpyBoy!MSR) and I need to get access to my BI on my newer machine. I was using port forwarding that allowed the phone app and UI3 to work but I can't remeber for the life of me how it is done. thanks for the help

    according to the invoices it was two at 59.95 for priority and one at 69.95 with a 50% discount and that was a priority also

    other machine has the virus and I am working with Malwarebytes on it so when I am not near it I unplug the network connection to try to keep it out of mischief.

    a week ago I had a priority licenses on both machines and this is after the the July license server crash. and it was recording 24/7
