Keep losing audio from Reolink Doorbell
I have the POE version and mine works fine, never had to reboot. I get sound through BI and the BI recordings. I have audio set to "RTSP alternate AAC decoder". Michael -

NEW and STORED directories
I don't use the stored Folder. It is set to 0GB and delete. I don't see a reason to have it, just expand the new folder if needed and if you have the space.- mvoss

New Reolink Wired POE Doorbell Cam ?
You'll see that HA is no longer needed w/ BI since the intoduction of sub-streams. Some people and cameras have no issues running HA and some people and cameras do. It is recommend to turn off HA on all cameras and use Sub-streams, for what it's worth. I have the same camera, POE version, and... -

Hello, I'm trying to figure out why this was thrown into my cancelled Alerts when CPAI detects the perosn. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. This doesn't happen all the time on this cam but every once in a while. Thanks, Michael -

Alerts aren't being created when camera is triggered
Under AI your "Custom Models" box is empty. It should be populated w/ the models you are using.- mvoss

Warning ! BI update 5.8.0.11 will corrupt your database and will lose alerts.
When you say 5.8.0.10 and below does that include 5.8.0.1? I've been running that for awhile w/ no issues. Thanks, MIchael- mvoss
