Tacking is the key to aligning. Tack, try, cut, adjust, repeat.
Search ebay for steel ball, you'll find some hollow ones, also hemispheres. Some are stainless, which you'd want to silver solder, unless you're a fantastic welder.
I have three, but none of them sees direct sunlight. I get no dome problems during the day, but at night the IR glares if I have it on. Wittaj says he can adjust the rubber washers to block the IR. I haven't managed to do it, but maybe they could be adjusted to block the sun glare you're...
In fact, you could get by with a 480 line cctv board camera and a cctv test monitor, all for less than $50 on ebay. Housings are available for the cameras, though you could just pot it in some clear epoxy to waterproof it.
The small monitors they put on cameras would probably do for you. I've got a couple by the brand name "Feelworld" that work pretty well. HD resolution. Standard 1/4 - 20 mount, hdmi input. As to waterproofing, you'll think I'm kidding, but I'm serious-- get a big zip lock bag and put it over...
Other members (wittaj?) have warned that China domestic models sometimes have their firmware burned in and can't be reflashed to international firmware. So make sure you can return it if you're not happy.
Hello? Mr. Amazon? Yes, I'd like to let you know I found your collapsible bag. You'll be right over? Oh, you're very welcome. I'm sure you'd do the same for me.
Those look like camera settings, but I don't see anything for your illumination. It may be there's no control in your interface for the IR.
If so, your only option might be to disable the lights in the camera and add external illumination, either IR or visible.
I got a lot of false positives at first because I still had the non-IVS motion detection still enabled in the camera. Then, in blue iris, you also have to uncheck motion sensor under the blue iris triggers for the camera.
In BI, look at the detail under Onvif triggers and make sure you're not...
But it probably has a way to bring up a menu on the monitor. Search the recorder's product number on Dahua's website and on YouTube. You may get a manual from Dahua and tutorials from YT.
I'm at the limit of helpfulness, I think. There was a YT video showing how to adjust audio for you camera via the dvr. It looked like there was a decent interface. I noticed a lot og tagalog-language videos, so that camera must have been popular in the Philippines. Perhaps if you or the IT...
I meant to point out that the data sheet lists a programmer, which should work with the OP's variant of the camera. There is an online manual for the programmer, and an abundance of videos for both the programmer and the camera on YouTube.
It looks like there's a pretty full-featured...
Here's the manual:
https://dahuawiki.com/Manuals/Accessories/Dahua%20UTC%20Controller%20User's%20Manual%20V1.0.0.pdf
I see there are a bunch of YouTube videos both about the programmer and about the camera itself. It looks like the programming is easiest to do through the dvr.
Here's a video...
Here is the Dahua datasheet on the camera:
https://www.dahuasecurity.com/asset/upload/uploads/cpq/prm-os-srv-res/smart/datasheetzipfiles/HAC-HFW1239TLM(-A)-LED_datasheet_20210311.pdf
They list a programmer, part no. pfm820. They're on ebay for about $20.
Search 'board camera pigtail' and you'll get a million hits on ebay. Tell the seller what you have and send him a photo. Compare their photos to the pinouts on your board.
No, the camera should have it built in. If you send us a photo of your camera board, I'll compare it to mine. I kind of suspect the pigtails are a standard item that the camera board makers design around, but I'll be happy to compare. I bought the board cameras I have on ebay from Chinese...
In my town you and your neighbors can get the parking restricted to residents with permits. You can also get a blue zone on your curb if you have a handicapped placard. Of course, whether people who throw trash would obey parking restrictions is dubious, but maybe they would.
Yes. There is likely to be a little wire pair and plug attached to the led assembly. If you pull it, the illumination will be disabled. On the board cameras I use there is an analogous assembly powering the IR cut filter.
Here's a couple of photos showing the pigtail connections on the back of one of the sdi cameras. You may have very similar connections. Second photo is the plugs. Red is 12v, yellow is analog used for testing/setup, and the third is the main digital signal.
You can buy those pigtails on ebay, ali express, etc. Look in the description and photos for one that connects to your camera. Give us a photo of what's coming out of your camera, and I might be able to help more
I asked if it was an IP camera. My message overlapped the others. Sorry.
No special magic to SDI, which is digital, but the SDI cameras have an analog output for testing on a monitor such as the one I pictured, so the test procedure is the same as your cameras. Your cameras will have analog...
What sort of wires come out of it? I was working with some sdi format cameras that had a bnc connector that would connect to an analog testing monitor, and they had a little mini joystick button. You'd attach the monitor, click the joystick button, and a settings menu would pop up.
