Hmm, the app is really confusing with a bunch of icons. Can you tell me more how to access it? And thanks, didn't realize there is a chrome plugin. Unfortunately I seem to get a black screen even when using the chromeapp. Do you know why? Could it be because I have it set to H.265? -

I bought a bunch of those because of the same deal, though I don't think I will use it for 24/7 recording, just motion alerts so I am not as concerned by the potential longevity.- hajalie24

Tacking onto the thread, can anyone state how much storage is used for a typical motion trigger setup (like your front door?) I'm thinking of getting a bunch of 256gb cards anyway cause they're relatively cheap, but am curious about how long it will last (in terms of days captured)- hajalie24

Okay, how much of this is due to it wide angle versus just being a shitty camera? I.e. do you think a camera with the same specs but different angle lens would have caught it?- hajalie24

Honest question, how much does the angle matter here? It looks more like the camera quality isn't the greatest so things are washed out. The OP said the letters are not readable because of the glare not because of resolution or anything. I'm sure a similar specced camera but with a narrow view...- hajalie24

That's annoying. I can change it directly if I log into the camera right? I guess I'll use my old router to setup the devices in that case rather than mess with my current router settings. Good thing I still have it. -

The router is 192.168.68.xx. I assumed the camera/router will automatically give it a DHCP address, is this not the case? What are my next steps to resolve this? I am only using it one camera at a time to test right now. The total budget is 62W I believe, I'm assuming this will be fine for 7... -
