    Not sure about the licensing aspect of it but not too worried. I have a ton of licenses which are unused. As far the profile goes, agreed, it might work but only to one lens, but that defeats the purpose of getting this camera in that case haha

    That is a POE Injector, not a splitter.

    POE Splitter? Never heard of that. I can just run an additional POE wire, that wouldnt be a problem since I essentially have 48 ports on my POE switch. But how would I plug the IR to the POE?

    At least I am not alone. Any idea of how to fix it and stay at highest quality? My cams record 24/7 so it is super annoying that it pulsates the way it does. I feel like it is a defective camera. My official HIK cube does not do this.

    Oh so 5231 doesnt work with Synology/Qnap? I thought that all dahua and hikvisions work... I guess worst case I can maybe try to set up a shared folder on the NAS and have BI run on a VM and record to the NAS that way...but I'd prefer the Synolog/Qnap route :( Do you or anyone else have a photo...
