    Has anyone connected a Mic feed to the Camera yet? I'd like to install a Mic by the gate which is 30ft away but the run from the gate to the PTZ would be about 120ft... Not sure if a unpowered mic would reach that far using Cat6...? Any suggestions or ideas?

    A dirty way around it is streaming to a box, then converting the stream with ffmpeg, then pushing it live to youtube with an unlisted link or private profile. It's what I'm doing currently for some feeds within my work for the cyclone hitting Northern Queensland.

    I've been running a DOD LS430W and more recently 2 x DOD 470W series. Have to say it's one of the best low light dash cams I've come across. A little lacking with parking mode but night time driving, it never fails to capture plates etc.
