    Q: I live on a short street with a cul-de-sac, 10 houses no sidewalks. When folks are out walking their dogs and pass by my driveway are they going to think R2D2 lives here? 40ft from the camera. Can I learn the neighbors faces and not have the cam track them?

    Synology supports the SD49225T-HN And the “-W” which I’m gonna guess is white. What the means for tracking I will find out.

    I wondered. Auto tracking was a main reason I made the purchase and I found the data sheets ambiguous. Will I be able to get a copy of the code in case mine gets jacked up? I’ll use IE on a virtual machine via Parallels to configure the camera so there won’t be a problem. Thanks for the tips

    Hello, Totally stoked. Yesterday I too ordered an SD49225XA-HNR from Andy. He really takes care of his customers! Is the configuration Windows / IE only, or is there a Mac OS path? If not, me no worry I will run Parallels. That’s the easy part….. many thanks Luke

    This will not be taken well…consider Putting it on a Synology NAS. All the data will be stored across two RAID I redundant drives. Calculate the necessary drive size. If you need more than 2 bays, get 4,6,8 bays Surveillance Station will not have a problem. Best of luck. Screenshots...

    I really had to return the bullet anyway because I discovered a bunch of holes from the Amcrest PTZ would show in my plaster. So I must get another PTZ. The plaster is hand trowel and not painted. If the holes are filled it would show like crazy
