    1. Make sure Main and sub stream are enabled. 2. If using I.E. IVS make sure you click record in the event. 3. Go to Storage-> Record Mode and choose Auto on main stream and Manual on Sub stream. Then you have constant recording on substream And main stream recording for events.

    Hi, I'm not sure this is a solution but I experienced the same problems before when i stored the snapshots on a FTP-server. With snapshots stored on a NVR this works for me. Where do you store the recordings, locally on SD-Card, FTP, NAS or NVR?

    I don't know but can check tomorrow at the NVR. How does it show if you only search for MD and search again only for IVS now that you've changed the settings? I bet that if you search with both clicked IVS would be the dominant trigger and would be displayed as blue, in your case.
