    There is a three step process to resolve this: 1. Check the traffic in the Foscam utility. 2. Change the password in the Foscam utility. 3. Take the Foscam cameras out back and properly discipline them with 12 gauge buckshot! :)

    Rob, the Direct to Disk setting for BI3 is located: Camera Properties/Record Tab/File and Format compression.../Encoder Compression

    I've seen it. It happens regularly and randomly on just one of my hikvision 2032 cameras. Any chance you have the camera utility using scheduled switch instead of auto switch? Go into the camera utility and just toggle between the two setting (you don't have to change it). That's what fixes...

    I seem to experience something similar as phillip da. BI shows 60-70% cpu yet the resource monitor shows 11%. My system is Windows 8.1 i7-47?? and 6 hikevision 3MP cams. Currently traveling so can't get the specifics. Am I missing something?
