    Hikvision IVMS Access Control Access Group Error code: DAG.dll[1001]

    I solved it by completely uninstalling IVMS-4200 and reinstalling it. It worked for me, in case it helps someone. You can also try from another PC with IVMS—if it works there, it means the issue is with the original PC.
