    No clue. I think NumPy was upgraded to 2.0 while the modules themselves were compiled under NumPy 1.x - hence the error. I have downgraded NumPy manually to 1.23.0 and managed to revive YOLOv8. It's actually something that I asked ChatGPT how to fix - and its response helped a lot :)

    I think you need to clone that camera. The bandwidth will not be doubled, there will still be one stream, but analyzed twice (once for each camera).

    CP.AI itself is stable, but sometimes when upgrading it has the chance to have an issue. Other than that, mine is very stable, except for the ALPR module, which for some reason would crash on successful attempt to read a plate.

    Looks like Hikvision have hidden gain to only be visible (and configurable) under the "Day" mode. No way to configure gain when in Night mode. OK, I will rethink my life choices :) (that is, camera choices) and see what can I do about it. Thank you for your responses!

    ALPR never worked. Every time I tried to have it recognize a license plate, it crashed. Previous version was 3.0.2, but as I was saying, no version I tried worked. CP.AI and Blue Iris always worked, first with YOLOv5, then with YOLOv8.

    I think you could extend functionality further with PTZ presets on Camera #2 and Zones and Hot Spots for camera #1. If a certain zone is triggered on the panoramic camera, apply a certain preset on the PTZ camera. Too bad there is no apparent way to use soft tracking from BI directly.
