    I'm in US. Yea, the MFA wasn't turned on. I turned it on and added the app password. After that, I'm not sure where to put the generated app password in BI. In the email server, the gmail account is authenticated via OAuth, it won't let me entered the app password?

    Hi Andy, I upgraded to the smart IR firmware. There's only one file vs 2 files for the non smart IR. But now, I got an error saying "it fails to support current audio config". What audio config should I change to?

    I just tried to upgrade the firmware for the IPC-T5442T-ZE. I haven't updated the firmware since I bought it from Andy in 2023. I downloaded the latest firmware from his website Download Firmwares . I used the no smart IR version. After updating, I got this error: How to fix this?

    Yes, the cameras are on Ethernet 2. Somehow Win 11 doesn't give me an option to change the network profile for Ethernet 2. The cameras are using static ip.

    I checked one camera, the IR is on,so it's getting power from the POE switch. Yes. Can't access I tried to delete one camera and add it back, still not connecting.

    I can browse internet from BI PC, which is connected to the same POE switch. Link/Port lights stay green on the POE switch. I can't access the web GUI of the cameras and can't ping them.

    I tried the mini tool free edition, nope it's not seeing the missing 2TB. What free application can I use to clone the current one? I installed Acronis, since it's not detecting WD drive, it won't let me use it. Windows 11 back up needs me to sign into online account which I prefer not to.

    I ran crystaldisk info and here it's showing: This is 1.5 yrs old 4TB WD Purple. Somehow now windows 11 is seeing the intel SSD and it's missing D partition. Something has messed up the hard disk, not sure how to proceed from here as none of my cameras are recording now:(
