BI has stopped recording, I don't see the red dots on each camera. I think it's due to the disk space is full? Here is the setting, I thought it should start deleting after reaching 3600GB in the D drive?
Yea, i have done most of the optimizations in the wiki except the time overlay. I didn't exclude windows defenders scan on BI folders, just added that.
I have the following cameras:
1) 2 X old LaView 2MP cameras
2) 1 X IPC-Color4K-T180
3)3 X IPC-T5442T-ZE
Should I use the AI of the newer...
I bought an used HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF with Intel i5-8600 CPU. I installed 16GB Ram and noticed that the CPU has been running at 100% capacity. I'm running only 6 cameras. Trying to figure out how to optimize the system so it doesn't run at 100 % capacity. A few times the BI has crashed too...
I used to mostly ATX tower, yea, this SFF is a tight space to work with.... I have a 4TB WD Purple now, thinking of putting in the 3TB WD Purple from my old NVR to store only recording from the IPC-Color4K-T180.
So, I noticed that 7:45 hrs recording took about 3.9Gb space, is this too much? Would you suggest reducing the resolution or bitrate to a lower one? Currently at 4096X1800 and 10240.
Hi, has anyone run the IPC-Color4K-T180 without the LEDs at night? There's no IR for this camera, right? I just set mine up and still playing with the settings.
I turned the lens hood/ring the other way around. Yes, I have put in a drip loop, water proof connector and dielectric grease, should be more than enough.
I was able to pull the cable a bit and routed it through the side instead of top. Now I'm not sure if the gap should be on top or bottom, camera can rotate easily this way but water can get thru?
Can I mount the P137 upside down with the hole on the top? How to cover the hole on the top after feeding the CAT5e? With duct seal or silicone? I'm going to mount it on fascia board and my CAT5e can only be fed thru the top.
