    ActiveX has long since been deprecated. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ActiveX Most modern cameras and browsers support RTSP streams, so why would you need anything special?

    So you are not disputing any of the other potential motives/scenarios. You are just disputing how the suspect was able to handle, rack, and clear a veterinarian pistol designed to put down animals with single shot and a suppressor to not startle the animal.
