To answer a little bit of your question, an Amcrest nvr will work best with Amcrest cameras, and a Hikvision nvr will work best with Hikvision...

    The http url worked but changed my encoding to mjpeg on the camera. After changing it back to h264 with the browser the camera would change back to mjpeg until I cleared the cache. Camera is a DH-SD22204T-GN

    I have an older 46" LG smart tv and after a LG software update I couldn't connect to or view on BI any more. Are you viewing through the tv browser and what url are you using?

    You could try the ONVIF device manager for resetting the camera. Onvif Device Manager v2.2.250 Another option you could try is look in the giant TOP-201 camera thread and look for that reset tool.

    jazzy, my 4 year old LG smart tv browser worked fine with BI until an LG software update about 3 weeks ago. I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

    Towster, I have the DH-SD22204T-GN. Firmware version 2.400.0000.4.R.T1.484 build 2015-6-7 and it does not have 60fps setting.

    According to the specs, one is interior the, IPC-SD29204T-GN , the other one is exterior. The 29204t-gn has ir lighting, the sd22204t-gn doesn't. The sd22204t-gn looks like it has a better lux rating though.

    I live fairly close to the everglades, so coons and opossums I trap get released there. The pythons are allegedly wiping out the native animals, so it couldn't hurt. And cats kill many more wild birds in the United States than scientists thought...

    SD22204T-GN Firmware Update Issue

    I have the same original firmware on my SD22204T-GN. 2.400.0000.4.R.T1.484, build : 2015-06-07 The web interface is the IP PTZ DOME one. The model number is the serial number. It works fine, and I won't be updating firmware anymore since losing a camera to a botched firmware upgrade.
