    No it is GPU with under 100ms average processing time it is just as soon as 2nd custom model added times increase to 2-3 seconds and shell freezes, so just trying to see if people are able to run 2 models or more.

    Could it be encoding compression artifacts ? Can you try setting constant bitrate and bumping up bandwidth? Also H265 usually causes more artifacts vs H264

    I am on 5.5.1.16 and error is still there unless setting of "pre-trigger video buffer" is un-checked. Even with the box un-checked I occasionally do get the error (once every few days).

    No I use Surveillance Station on Synology with not latest version of software. There is an update which has IVS working but requires update to the whole Synology box.

    I hope they can bump up sensitivity on SMD, I do miss some motion events , some involve a lot of movement of car/s and people right in front of camera :( My NVR can not get IVS events from camera, but can get SMD as they are sent like motion

    I am also getting the same error , on 5.5.1.15, it appears on different cameras but mostly when more than 2 (or 3) cameras triggered at the same time. It also looks like when this happens alert is not saved to alert window, and no mark on timeline is created.

    No i got a US version a while ago( before you started selling it), but it came with 2.623.0000000.0.R, Build Date: 2020-04-07 firmware and the latest US firmware i could find. I is missing some settings 625 firmware has, and does glitch sometimes .

    Yes Condition is set to switch between day/night and as far as i can tell it is on day mode, yet the led lights are on. But the the illuminator setting is on auto for all modes (general, day and night.) Room light level taken by smartphone for reference.
