    Nope, works just fine. What level is the HDR setting on? It only works from 45 and up from my experience.

    Quadro 600 definitely doesn't support decoding the video streams, it's a very old card dating back to 2010. What's mysterious is why you still have static image after setting it to "None". Is this after doing a reboot of BI?

    There's only the hardware acceleration limitation using Intel QuickSync (not supported). It needs Nvidia CUDA for that. No other limitations.

    You don't have to limit yourself to H.264, if some of the cameras don't support H.265(+). You can have a mix of H.264, H.264+, H.265 and H.265+ and even MJPEG.

    BVR is the recommended container. You can open bvr files on another computer by installing Blue Iris as a demo or by exporting video from Blue Iris.

    You don't even need VLANs, if you separate the networks directly on the router. You can just set them up as different networks (subnets) and control traffic between them with firewall rules.

    Something must have been very wrong if the cpu usage dropped that much from just the NIC drivers as the cameras aren't using that much bandwidth.
