DHI-NVR5432-16P-4KS2 won't boot up after upgrade
Only one possibility will make the upgrade v4.0 not bootable. Your NVR is the Chinese version, and the English version is flashed. Early firmware V3.2 will not verify the hardware regional version. V4.0 will verify the hardware region. Unable to boot if the firmware area is wrong. -

This is a problem of poor quality of POE switch or HUB switch. If the IPCAM is directly connected to the POE NVR, there will be no such problem. -

You're right. 7442H-Z expensive in that F1.2 zoom lens. SONY's CMOS outer ring has a brown frame. IMX347 5442T and 7442H both use the same OmniVision's CMOS. But I'm not sure about the correct model number. Dahua 5442T CMOS photo. OmniVision's CMOS have a green PBC board. Reolink RLC-810A... -

Thanks for providing. Maybe your ipc is a PTZ lens. So it is very different from my PCB. But it should be possible to plug the CMOS cable back and fix it with glue. Be careful not to reverse the connection. Flat line blue facing numbers 1~39. Flexible flat cable specification AWM 20798. -

New Dahua cams are not HiSilicon based, watch out!
limitation of size in IPL in Uboot payload in HiSilicon is also. A single file has a limit of less than 30Mb. SSC339G is a low-end processor with only 1TOPs processing power. -

If you upgrade v3.2 to v4.0 without flashing u-boot (run da), you can flash back to v3.2 But v4.0 must be flashed u-boot(run da) before it can be used normally- kobebeef
